For this process\u00a0all applicable requirements of the\u00a0EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)\u00a0are incorporated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Boarding pass data elements include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Passenger Surname<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Airline Booking reference<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Boarding Sequence Number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flight number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flight date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Departure station<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrival station<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Booking Class<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">bagchain represents and warrants that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"a\">\n<li>it is aware of and understands its compliance obligations as a \u201cpass on\u201d under GDPR;&nbsp;<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>it has adopted a GDPR compliance policy\/program<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>it will pass on \u201cpersonal data\u201d only in accordance with the Customer\u2019s instructions;<br><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">it shall comply with all applicable requirements of the GDPR to the same extent as required for the&nbsp;user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the avoidance of doubt, bagchain will act on the&nbsp;user\u2019s request to check-in baggage and print a baggage label. In order to check-in baggage certain reservation data will need to be scanned from the boarding&nbsp;pass. The data captured from the boarding&nbsp;pass will be fully encrypted and&nbsp;directly&nbsp;passed on to the&nbsp;airline\u2019s Departure Control System in order to validate, check-in the baggage&nbsp;and generate data to print a baggage label. By default, no \u201cpersonal data\u201d will be stored.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">bagchain confirms that the Content for the&nbsp;user&nbsp;will be processed using Cloud services within the European Economic Area (EEA). The Content will not be moved from the EEA region except in each case as necessary to comply with the law or a binding order of a governmental body.
