A combination of a self-service bag drop and agent check-in desk.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second challenge an \u201cautomated innovated self-service boarding\u201d.\u00a0Last Monday\u00a0we held a challenge exploration session with the students.
