Together with INTOS Airport Solutions we will present an innovative hybrid check-in counter concept at the Passenger Terminal Expo at the ExCel London 17-19 March. The hybrid check-in desk is a flexible product that can function both as a traditional (agent assisted check-in desk) and as a self service bag drop (SBD) solution. The SBD solution uses AI camera’s instead of legacy scanners. In addition to scanning the bag tag, it inspects the baggage to ensure it will not cause any obstruction in the baggage handling system. Like all our products, it is also connected to our bagchain cloud.
This concept has been developed through a collaboration between INTOS and bagchain, combining expertise in airport interior solutions and smart baggage technology to support the evolving needs of modern airports.
